Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping (5-7 business days)
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 (5-7 business days)
- Express Shipping: $12.99 (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping: $24.99 (1 business day)
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for express or overnight shipments. Some items may have shipping restrictions to certain locations.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Items that have been altered or customized
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account at dripdistricts.org/my-account/
- Navigate to your Orders section
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the prompts to generate a return shipping label
- Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
